Hizon Limited – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all quotations and contracts for Hizon Limited services.

1. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for the stated period and based on expected site conditions
- Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements taken on site
- Additional work or phased installations may incur extra charges
2. Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 15 working days before the start date
- 20% charge if cancelled after this period
- 50% charge if cancelled within 5 working days
3. Finishes & Appearance
- Microcement and clay plaster are hand-applied finishes
- Variations in colour, texture, sheen and minor imperfections are normal
- Final results may differ slightly from samples
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before installation, the customer must ensure:
- Areas are clean, dry, empty and accessible
- Substrates meet preparation requirements
- Suitable temperature, lighting, power and water supply are available
- Work delays due to site issues may result in additional charges
5. Substrate & Preparation
- Subfloors must be properly prepared, dry and structurally sound
- Movement, cracks or poor preparation may affect the final finish
- Hizon Limited is not responsible for defects caused by unsuitable substrates
6. Variations
Any changes to scope, measurements or agreed work may result in adjusted pricing.
7. Warranty
- 2-year warranty on workmanship (subject to conditions)
- Covers defects in materials or installation
Exclusions include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or damage
- Cracks due to substrate movement
- Minor visual variations
8. Defects
- Any visible defects must be reported within 72 hours of completion
- Minor variations in colour or texture are not considered defects
9. Payment Terms
- 30% deposit required to secure booking
- Remaining 70% payable within 5 days of completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
10. Liability
- Liability is limited to the value of the contract
- Hizon Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
11. Law & Disputes
- Governed by English law
- Disputes will first be addressed through arbitration
